Advisory Board Member News: Prof. Richard Ottinger Visits LA to Study Air Pollution Mitigation

We had a  chance to interview with this veteran champion of the environment about his early days as a U.S. Congressman when he was battling to clean up the Hudson River and his current work on the air pollution study.

Prof. Ottinger is a 100% Renewable Energy Champion, he sponsored the Bill H.R. 4784 (96th)
"Accelerated Solar Energy Utilization Act of 1979"
Establishes a national goal for the increased use of Solar energy and renewable energy resources as a part of the Nation's total energy supply in the year 2000.
